There is a 'Doc' out there who thinks that he debunks certain notions concerning our current POTUS. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. His former line of work seems to have had had a direct connection to money that the administration handed out in 2009. The term 'unpaid volunteer' might now have a new meaning.
